A strategic partnership with Imperium Group resulted in the establishment of Dr. B. Matha Imaging Services, S.A. through a joint venture, bringing the Dr. Matha imaging expertise and standards to Mozambique.
Dr. B. Matha Imaging Services, S.A. is benchmarked against Dr. Matha Imaging Services Inc., a South African radiology practice founded in 2017 in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal. Since then, the practice has grown significantly, establishing radiology departments in several prominent hospitals across KwaZulu-Natal, including the Hibiscus Group of Private Hospitals in Port Shepstone, Cato Ridge and Scottburgh, as well as Margate Netcare Hospital. With a growing team of specialist radiologists, radiographers and support staff, the organisation also provides radiology services to Port Shepstone Provincial Hospital and has partnered with C4 Imaging Services in Namibia.
